ICOHNS boasts of five specialists trained in leading institutions both here and abroad. Excellence, dynamism, teamwork and compassion are its core values. Research, training and subspecialization form part of their philosophy especially as ICOHNS’ consultant staff are key opinion leaders in their field of specialty in the Philippines. ICOHNS specialists are affiliated with all major hospitals in the city, and faculty of the Davao Medical School Foundation. They are likewise consultants of the Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery of the Davao Medical Center, the only residency training for Otolaryngology in Davao City.

Compared to most ENT clinics in Davao, ICOHNS prides itself to be at par with most major services and technology in Metro Manila. It is the only facility of its kind, outside of Manila, with its own operating theater for facial aesthetic and cosmetic surgery, and minor surgery unique to ENT.

Guided by its vision to be a globally recognized institution, ICOHNS will continue to provide more state-of-the-art and comprehensive services in the future. By the last quarter of 2009, the first and only Sleep Study center in Mindanao will be established. It will be ably handled by Dr. Dayanghirang who did her fellowship at Houston Medical Center in Texas, USA. In February 2010, ICOHNS will likewise launch its own Voice and Swallowing laboratory. This will be headed by Dr. Magnaye after training at Vanderbilt University Hospital in Tennessee, USA.
